Real Estate Investor to Full Time Property Manager - Michael Honiker of PMI Mountain Gateway

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Michael Honiker of PMI Mountain Gateway out of Cleveland, Georgia.  Michael officially opened his doors to property management in 2021 after owning several rentals and acting as president for his own HOA and realizing that there was a need for better property managers. After leaving his job as a project manager, Michael has found immense success in his area and speaks to his experiences as he's grown his business over the last few years.
