Five teenagers will face charges in the Kota Kinabalu Juvenile Court over the alleged bullying of Form One student Zara Qairina Mahathir.

Attorney-General Dusuki Mokhtar says they will be charged under Section 507C(1) of the Penal Code for abusive or threatening communication.

Meanwhile, Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution confirms the probe into Zara’s death found elements of bullying, neglect, and sexual harassment.
