Bruce Coughlin is a Tony Award winning American orchestrator and music arranger. In 2019 Bruce joined Metallica, Michael Tilson Thomas and the San Francisco Symphony in writing new arrangements and orchestrations for S&M2. In this episode we talk about his early work, invitation to work with Metallica, the process of writing arrangements, re-working some of the older songs, rehearsals and the ultimate execution of S&M2.
