In 2005, Barney started his career as a church planting intern in Phoenix, Arizona. This experience was pivotal in shaping his future path. Driven by his faith, Barney and his family moved to Loudoun County, Virginia with the goal of founding a new church. In spring 2008, they successfully established Faithway Baptist Church, a vibrant, thriving community.
