Nicki Juniper talks security and shrinkage

Violence and abuse against people working in retail have almost doubled on pre-pandemic levels, according to the latest figures from the British Retail Consortium’s (BRC) Crime Survey, while the financial toll of retail crime grew to a total cost of £1.76 billion in 2021/22. It’s a national issue and one which has been in the media spotlight recently, with Partnership Chairman Sharon White even discussing the issue on ITV’s Good Morning Britain.
