Optimal planning and delivery of S&C, both on and off the field, clear pitch-based (individual) training loads combined with a strong connection to the coaching staff are the cornerstones of his work. Rainer holds a MSc in Sport Science from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) where he also obtained he coaching license (UEFA A Elite Youth).
