He has previously worked in professional baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies in the Minor League farming system in the Dominican Republic, worked as a sport scientist for USA Rugby Men's 7s national team, and a former strength and conditioning coach with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. He started off his coaching career as an EXOS Performance Specialist Intern in 2016 which led to his first coaching job as an Assistant Athletic Performance Coach at California State University, Northridge.
