Dame Patsy Reddy: On New Zealand Rugby's proposed leadership change

The board of New Zealand Rugby has released a proposal to completely overhaul the way the sport is governed in New Zealand. This comes off the back of the Pilkington report, which found that NZR's governance structures aren't fit for purpose in the modern era. The provincial unions reportedly want to make some changes to this new proposal and NZR Chair Dame Patsy Reddy has reportedly said she'll resign if that happens.
