Sir Graham Lowe: Former Kiwis coach on the decision to stand Addin Fonua-Blake down

Warriors coach Andrew Webster has stood down one of his star players for skipping the team song.  Addin Fonua-Blake wasn't present for the post-game speech or singing of the team song, which is a breach of protocol.
