About John Paniagua: John Paniagua is the principal of OneWay Holdings LLC and is now focusing on multifamily investments as both General and Limited Partner of 300+ units in Virginia and Georgia. John’s work experience provides the skills needed for multifamily investing, including financial analysis, understanding market conditions, trends, risks, communications, and team building. John graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering. Now, he holds a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in the same field from Columbia University and Stony Brook University, respectively. He is also a graduate of the CFC Mentorship Program, a real estate and entrepreneurship program that helps its students refine a wide variety of essential real estate skills, including underwriting, analysis, due diligence, fund management, and investor relations. John used to work at Northrop Grumman and Sapient before joining the New York Stock Exchange in 2004 as a software engineer in Regulation Technology. He has flipped and staged houses in the past three years and currently owns property in Jericho, New York. Nowadays, Mr. Paniagua works on Wall Street in financial services as a technology manager with a PRM risk management certification.
