About Blake Dailey: After receiving a football scholarship offer to the United States Air Force Academy, Blake Dailey went into the Air Force. While at the Academy, Blake read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, and it immediately opened his mind to new possibilities. Soon after he graduated, he and his wife bought their first single-family property, which they house-hacked. Blake began to send direct mail to owners of distressed properties in the area and quickly started buying and fixing up hurricane-damaged homes. In the process, he fell in love with creating wealth through real estate and achieving cash flow. Eventually, Blake realized he could refocus his efforts from single-family homes to even bigger deals and achieve his goals faster. Hence, he moved on to commercial multifamily, taking advantage of the economics of scale, increased efficiencies, and the ability for passive income.
